- Pre-production inspection: PVBuyer will visit an overseas factory to review production line and quality assurance before an order is confirmed.

Financial Due Diligence
- Manufacturer financial review and selection
- Arrange Standby Letter of Credit with Bank of China to protect Clients’ down payments
- Arrange Documentary Letters of Credit to release funds only after modules have been delivered into PVBuyer or customer controlled warehouse
- Execute POA to act to verify modules have been received in good order to trigger payments on LC
- Transaction Management: We monitor all payments and legal and shipping documents
Logistics
- Shipping/Logistics: Our partnership with Marubeni Transport Services (MTS), the logistics arm of Japanese trading company, Marubeni, allows us to offer door to jobsite delivery service. PVBuyer can manage inland transportation to the port, ocean transit and insurance, customs clearance, Drayage from Port, Warehousing, Product Staging, and delivery to the client’s warehouse or jobsite within a 2 hour timeframe
- Customs Clearance: Because our logistics partner Marubeni Transport Services is registered CPTAT with US customs, customs clearance runs very quickly and smoothly. We understand now that most modules are sold DDP and are custom cleared by the manufacturers, but this customs clearance service comes in very handy if you are importing steel ground mount structures or cabling from overseas
